This 60 minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the weight of your choice. The key to BODYPUMP™ is THE REP EFFECT™, a breakthrough in resistance training proven to deliver a total body transformation. Choreography is specically targeted so you burn more calories and build strength fast without building bulk. By the end of your workout, you’ll have completed 800 reps motivated by inspiring instructors and awesome music.
